I do Kundalini Yoga at least once a week with a great group of like minded, strong people. We have a fabulous instructor who has a wealth of information not only about Kundalini Yoga, but about many subjects ranging from our Earth and how to help it survive to inter-personal relationships. In general I have a great life. I do have emotional and physical problems; depression and generalized anxiety disorder along with hypothyroidism, high blood pressure (controlled by medication), being overweight, and the pain of arthritis, fibromyalgia and scar tissue from way too many surgeries.
